Mom and Dad asked Spot Design to give their little angles a place that nurture their dreams and imagination.

A dreamy place for the best dreamers among us. A child’s unlimited imagination, innocence, and curiosity needs a safe space to flourish and develop properly. More so, when it is a case of twins. A twin kids bedroom is not just a place for sleep, it is a continuation of the womb they shared.

Beds

For these purposes the beds were made of a simple design. The goal was to balance providing a conformable place to sleep with leaving enough room for the kids to play, have fun, and be their normal selves. Additionally, to prevent any falls a railing covers most of the bed fraame.

Headboard

In order to emphasize on the theme of the room we replaced the usual headboards with a House-shaped cover. Again this emphasize the reality of a twins relationship and helps to foster it subconsciously.

Wallpaper

For the general feel of the room, a neutral colored wallpaper was used. This color in addition to the cloud pattern help make the bedroom under-stimulating. The purpose of it is to simultaneously help the twins sleep while also providing a neutral backdrop that wont affect their dreams and imagination.

Closet

Finally for the closet, its design has two functions. The first is to enable the twins to reach their every-day objects through low-set handles. The second is to help with setting the overall mood of the room with simple decoration and neutral white color finish.
